Delete your My COL account
My COL: Cost of Living is developed by Dare Adegbola (sole trader).
How to request deletion
Email mycol.support@gmail.com from the email address you use to log in to My COL, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and email address, all your saved receipts and their items, and all bank transactions from statements you uploaded.
What is kept
We do not keep your data after deletion, apart from short-lived server logs kept by our hosting provider for security, which are deleted automatically.Â
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual receipts at any time inside the app: open a receipt and tap "Delete receipt".
